Snow is flying, at least here in Michigan it is, and highways around the Great Lakes are getting sketchy. We know as well as anyone that off roading in snow is a blast, but when you re headed to work or have the family in tow, you want to be secure, which is where the 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee comes in. The web site is recommending its 12 Want to Buy Cars for consumers living in a Need to Buy World. And, among its selections is the new 2012 Dodge Journey.

According to the 2011 AutoTrader.com Shopper Frame of Mind study, an overwhelming majority of respondents, 71 percent, purchased a car based on need rather than want. The staff at AutoTrader.com provided a list of 12 new and near new vehicles under $30,000 that can meet various consumer needs while giving them many of the features, luxuries and conveniences they will want to have in their next vehicle. Then, it fielded a new survey of more than 300 site visitors in November to find out what autos on the list they were attracted to and why.
